Chicken rice
how to cook both the chicken and the rice.. quite difficult.. got to kno the scienceee behind it.. lol.. like the chicken have to be out into ice cold water.. den hot water den ice water again... while cooking you oso dun use fire! amazing huh? haha.. juz use hot water...
and for rice.. i got an equation.. easy to rmb mah.. haha
amt of rice = amt of water
Pasta
when cooking pasta must add salt and oil into the water.. so the pasta will have alil taste and dun stick together
Western Mushrm Soup
have to bake all the mush before cooking it! the soup is great lah! i taste it... reallllliiii gooooddd
Almond Flake Prawns
my na-shou-hao-cai.. haha cuz i've been doing this frm dunno since when.. so yes if you eaten at swissotel in this period of time.. the prawns are solely done by urs sincerely, jasmine yeo western banquet lil chef.. lol
anyway.. the prawns require lots of materials.. like eggs, plain flour, corn flour, almonds, bread crumbs.. blablabla.. and the list goes on.. but its very nice! hehez.. cuz i make wan mah!
Clam Chowder
juz learnt it oni.. very typical type.. eh.. if you not into creamy soup its not for you.. oso very difficult to do. like have to strain the soup.. den add butter is to flour [2:3].. xp chim stuff...
